Now that I have the time. Here’s my honest opinion about this place. I lived here for a little over 2 years. So many things are wrong.. walls are extremely thin. Never any parking.. which was promise to us that it will be assigned parking stalls. Not to mention the mice issues inside our garages. During the winter months be prepared to slip and slide everywhere. One of my biggest problems at the end of our lease was getting billed for our carpet! RecommendedSprings does not feel like an apartment it almost makes me feel like I'm at a house that's why I said I'm finally home the Staffing people are amazing highly recommend to stay at the springs
BEAUTIFUL apartments. However, it will cost you all four limbs to live here. $900 just for a studio? Ridiculous. I looked at a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it was 1,600$! I understand they have all the great perks and amenities,but I don’t believe that it’s worth it. Great and friendly staff though when I went to visit.
I would have loved it but these are so expensive that until I'm through with nursing school, my fiance and I can't afford these. Unless there is ever a 12 or 24 month special.

A huge thanks to Marissa, Kate, and Laura for making my move to Springs at Kenosha so easy and enjoyable! They really have gone out of their way to answer all my questions and welcome me to the community! I would recommend "The Springs" to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home here in Kenosha!
