I toured this community a little bit ago and I loved it! It is very clean and the location is great! Amanda and Bob were so friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live!!
Bob and Amanda are top notch! Need ANYTHING from maintenance? Mike and Shawn are there fast with kindness and great knowledge, they are respectful and they will take care of anything that you need. The townhouses are absolutely fantastic, take it from a guy who has a family, you can raise your children here with peace of mind. It’s a great place. Move in ready and it feels like home! Absolutely beautiful place and wonderful, kind people.

Office staff and maintenance team went over and beyond to get me moved in..appreciate all that they have done.
I went for my tour today and I am so excited to sign my lease and move into my new home. I was paying the same amount for a Studio Apartment which the grounds are not maintained nor the actual Apartment it's self the main feature was having just enough space to actually turn around in. Springhouse Communities is beautiful community within a community. The apartments are roomy & well designed.
