Absolutely terrible, the Guy RJ was the only person I wanted to talk to but he's young and he did his best. The rest of the were less than accommodating. Asked the breakfast staff what's up with breakfast are you making more? 40 minutes before closing time mind you! She said No breakfast, we'll that's nice. you can't even provide the things until the website provides us with. The elevator sounds like it could die any minute. Not a bad place, great prices and clean comfortable rooms.
The guy at the front desk was super helpful even after we had to turn around and get my kids stuffed animal. Rooms were clean and exceptionally nice. They did such a great job at accommodating all our needs. Highly recommend eating the free breakfast! Waffles were something special
This is my third year straight coming to this hotel because of work and the warts are definitely starting to show for this old place. For starters, wifi was down my entire stay. Luckily I had a strong enough cell signal to hotspot for what I needed to do. But the rooms have been plastered with wall paper and the prior imperfections are showing and the current paper is peeling. There’s only so much new paint and revamping an old building can do.
