Just stayed for the weekend visiting Tulsa, OK. The front desk associate we cool The hotel was clean but the elevator was not fresh at all. The rooms were really clean and nice. One thing I would like to suggest is more lights. Even with the bed lights and gapping the curtains open it still was dim and not great lighting at all. I stayed at this location April 10th-11th for my son’s 11th birthday party. Small and I do mean small party just for swimming with no overnight stay. Not only were we discriminated against but despite me being a Housekeeper I was charged a “Cleaning Fee”. Not only is this offensive but it’s a lie. I spoke with the Supervisor, he was not only ignorant and used foul language but embarrassing to my race. He complained about three stains of cake icing! Overall experience was terrific! We called asking for a special accommodation which was promptly taken care of over the phone by Jackson, who was very understanding of our situation. Next was Jillian. Super nice and very prompt. She handled our needs once we got to the hotel and was just wonderful. Finally, our perspective of the hotel was clean and taken care of. Jillian greeted me in a kind and friendly manner. The room was clean and spacious. The location was very accessible to the BOK and other Tulsa attractions. It was great!
