We had a few bugs in our room , and the sheets had other people's Hair in the Bed. The head of housekeeping came immediately and change the sheets..The shuttle Driver was kind of rude in the Morning on April 24, 2017 Thanks But No Thanks at that Hotel..
We stayed one night , bed was ok and room spacious... breakfast was decent!
Guaranteed late arrival is NOT guaranteed, even after we called and told them we would be getting in late. Gave our room away. 5 other people in the lobby with the same issue.
Bugs in our rooms and we were insulted with an offer of bottled water. One employee asked one of my friends if the bugs were there before he got there. We have photos!!
The room was spacious and the staff were wonderful.
