Very nice and clean, the rooms are perfect!! The breakfast was great had a little of everything! If I come back to Orlando I will stay here again!

We travel more than some because of my job. And I must say that this has been one of the more enjoyable stays. The room was perfect, everything was clean and the people were great. We were there for a week and did not have a bad experience.
The mgmt at the hotel is awful. Lori the "GM" is not helpful. The svc while staying at the hotel is unreliable. I stayed with a group of 30, we were supposed to have catered lunch they catered salad and soup and forgot the sandwiches. The GM does not know their product or brand and is confrontational and defensive when receiving feedback. I will be contacting corporate to solve this situation.
