If you are considering a stay here, reconsider. Our room was pitiful... dirty carpet, there was hair (not ours as I observed this as I walked in the first time) the curtains were smeared with what appeared to be grease, the lighting above the vanity area was very dim and we had holes in our sheets. As I unfold the sofa bed for our little ones, there was candy in the folds of the mattress and a needle (straight pin) stuck in the mattress. The hospitality was awesome � The front desk where really attentive to all my needs, looking forward to my next visit
They would not let us cancel our first night. They charged us. We SPECIFICALLY called to make sure they did not cancel our second night. With our information still with them, they decided to wait until we drove 6 HOURS before they told us they cancelled our room for the second night. No call. No email. Nothing. Then they have the nerve to ask us to not be upset. Don't worry, MA'AM, your corporate will hear from us.

What a great place to escape too! So close, but far enough away. Had a great time too, love the hot tub!
Idiot people working the front desk. Asked the woman at the desk if there was an ATM in the lobby. Her response? "It's in the market." So naturally, I start looking around for a mini-mart or something, thinking that that's what she meant. When I didn't see any, I asked, "What do you mean, 'MARKET?'" Her response to that?
