I quickly learned that finding a hotel for my wedding guests that is accommodating and responsive is IMPOSSIBLE. I contacted both the Aloft and Hilton in Bolingbrook, who both took a whole MONTH to get back to me, despite my persistence - only for their sales reps to be inflexible and rude to me. My thanksgiving weekend was Bless, the staff was so nice and helpful, they treated me and my family with so much Love, the breakfast every morning was excellent, and the fruit was so sweet, trust me when I tell you, I am going let all my face book family know them. And to look them up in Google and see if one is in there city.
Our stay was just fine. Everything was good. Hot breakfast in the morning and friendly staff.
It's a good place to stay! Easy access to the highway and food places near by! The room was big and clean, and the breakfast was good! The breakfast attendant was very nice! The only thing that lost a star was we got there 1 1/2 hours early and they didn't want to check us in even the room was ready. We came from over 4 hours away. But otherwise a great place to stay!

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. I enjoyed the iced fruit infused water in the lobby. And the hot breakfast was great as well �
