Rooms are nice... if you are there for 4 days don't expect to have your room clean... and if the do a refresh, they will take out the trash and towels but don't replace the towels. Make up one bed and not the other. Let's talk breakfast dont expect to eat there unless you have plenty if time to wait for them to bring out more food...every day at 8am everything is wiped out and you have to ask the front desk if they are going to replenish and the lady that finally does bring out more food is very nasty...not a good experience... read more

THEY HAVE COCKROACHES!!!!!! Room was clean. (SO I THOUGHT) Service was good. Location good. My husband and I were traveling from Palm Coast, Florida and drove about 3 in a half hours north. My husband and I called this specific hotel and they had ONE room left. We got there pretty late, around 1030pm. We slept the entire night, got a shower, and headed down for breakfast around 9am. We usually enjoy staying at this hotel. This time the front desk attendant (Sunday morning) was a bit unaccommodating and snappy when we asked for a little bit of a late check out. We stay at many Marriotts that house many more guest than this one and are granted a late check out. She was a bit unaccommodating and snarky as we checked out. We are loyal Marriott customers and were surprised at her disposition. I hope she isn’t around the next time we stay if we choose to stay again. I rarely leave hotel reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I’ve stayed in close to 100 hotels and this was the least clean room I’ve ever seen. Outside our door was a red spill across the carpet with a disposable glove next to it. Inside, the room was grimy: chalky white streaks all over the couch, an uncleaned toilet, splatters on the bathroom walls that appeared to be dried blood, a dirty shower, and dusty surfaces throughout.
