Chose this hotel so granddaughter could swim. Indoor pool isn’t heated and way too cold to swim. Front desk didn’t care. Very disappointing.
My stay here was amazing food is good and hot rooms are nice and clean, manger was on point with everything down to make sure we were comfortable and making sure she went above and beyond. 10/10…
Y'all my visit was amazing up here, friendly staff and the manager Amanda Hazel went have and beyond that girl needs a raise she being doing it all, and going above and beyond for her guest. 10/10 definitely recommend
