My husband and are staying here for the weekend following a work conference he had & this hotel has been so nice & accommodating. Jesse at the front desk is so very kind. They only had Pepsi products and he brought me out a Coke Zero of his own & was so kind! Service like this may seem simple, but it shows a genuine kindness for others & it’s very noticed and appreciated. He’s a keeper!
We stayed 3 nights here. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good and has something different each morning which is nice to see. The location is 10 minutes to either Orange Beach or Gulf Shores and right next to the Wharf. We enjoyed everything up until the last night where we came home to a cockroach in our shower. Who knows where else they could have been.
