The hotel was very nice and close to everything we needed and had what we needed. The fitness area is nice with a great pool and good breakfast. We checked out and about 3 hours we get a call stating we left things in the room and will hold for us. This was awesome as most hotel staff just keep. Thank you SpringHill staff for holding out stuff so we could pick up.
One of the best hotels in Alabama
Rooms are lovely and the locations is Beautiful. I've stayed multiple times. The only downfall is the beds are hard. They need to be upgraded. I book a room for my parents anniversary and they loved everything about it, but they absolutely hate the hard beds. This is the only thing that would stop me from booking again. A d I hate that because I love this hotel.
