RecommendedAs a gold elite member, I was very disappointed to be told I didn't have a reservation (which was made on the Bonvoy app while traveling). I was told I must be at the wrong hotel and asked for my confirmation number. When I read it to him, I was told that he couldn't find me since I checked in online. Very disappointing since I have done that many times and have never had a problem.
This place is usually a nice place to stay. There is just one staff member that always has this attitude towards us when we stay. Very unwelcoming feeling. Even though we stay kind towards the person and today was one of those stays. Idk if I'll come back
Nice hotel. Attentive staff. If I had one issue, it was that the parking area wasn't salted and was essentially a sheet of ice to walk on.
Staff was amazing! Very clean and had an amazing stay!! Thank you!!
