Overall, this place was great. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good as well. And when we needed something from house keeping. They were very kind about letting us exchange the linen and towls. As well as getting more coffee supplies. (Coffee is very important)
Cleaning staff were rude and did not clean the room properly. Cobwebs was found between beds and a nightstand. Old candy wrappers found under the nightstand. I accidentally dropped my earrings, and old candy wrappers, dirt, and cobwebs were found when I looked under the bed for them. The AC smelt like mildew and mold. My brother had to move rooms due to roaches alive in his room. The toilet handle fell off twice after flushing in our room. The water stains above the elevator had me nervous to get on and use. Loved this hotel. Really enjoyed the suite with the walk-in shower, separate toilet room, large walk-in closet, and desk that also was a divider. The breakfast was great with Texas shaped waffles for my grandkids. The indoor pool was really cold and had a lot of chlorine but nice. People at the front desk were great! Would definitely stay here again
