After a very disappointing experience initially, I want to share an update regarding my visit with Spring Hill Hospital. I did receive a follow-up call from someone in the administrator’s office—her name may have been Amy—and she was very apologetic and assured me that what I experienced should have never happened. Dr. Babcock took really good care of me and took my concerns seriously in the ER a few nights ago. Josie and Rachel were my two amazing nurses and I’m so grateful for all of you. I was in severe pain and I’m from out of state so it was very refreshing having such a nice and efficient ER visit.thank you!

Went to outpatient and waited 3 hours just for the procedure, with all that nervousness to have to go through what made matters worse is to be by the nurses station who carried on like they were at lunch instead of work, talking loud and laughing the whole wait time there. Glad they could have such a great time at work but people waiting on procedures are more concerned with what's going to happen to them and what the out come will be, their behavior can cause the patient to become even more annoyed and even more uncomfortab... read more
