My daughter recently had a medical emergency and we were near we live near Springhill, Medical Center and they are usually very good. They’re usually very kind very caring but last Sunday they were not whoever the registration clerk was that night was Rude and should not be the first person people see when they are experiencing a medical emergency. Springhill falsely accused me and asked me if I were a danger to myself or anyone else after an almost 6 hour wait whereby I think i maybe, talked to one person, spoke briefly to an Iris,. brave black woman with several injuries. Id had to be wheeled because my spine had my physiology out of sorts.. So I really hated to give just three stars, because the care I received from the medical staff was outstanding. But when I went to the waiting room to wait for my ride after I was discharged, the two ladies signing people in at the ER, they were talking SO LOUD that the entire waiting room could have gotten the persons phone number, address, symptoms, and all of their business.
