my mother went into springhill er because she has a gastric pacemaker and she believed something wasn’t right with it. she hadn’t been able to keep food or fluids down. Dr. Steven Sprayberry was supposed to help her. Dr. Sprayberry didn’t listen when she told him certain nausea medications did work or she had had adverse reactions to them. The neurological surgical team was amazing from pre-op to post op. The nurses on am and pm shifts on 1100 were amazing. Attentive and caring. They managed my pain and comfort timely. Down to the tiniest of details of jello, water and a warm blanket. Highly recommended if you require spinal repair. Dr Flotte did an amazing job repairing my c-5 through c-7 fusion and replacement.

My doctor sent me to Springhill Medical Center ER on 10/8/24 for admission. I arrived around 6:30 PM. While the front desk staff, triage, nurses, and doctors were polite and I was seen quickly, that is the only positive thing I can say about this place. This was, without question, the filthiest medical facility I have ever encountered. The conditions were so unacceptable that I refused admission and left, despite needing care. No patient should ever feel safer leaving an ER than staying in it. I was placed in Room 30, where ... read more
