Editing a previously poor review, I hope customer service improves. An online order in question could’ve been taken care of in a 2 minute phone call. Instead, it took 10 days and multiple calls for lack of response from the clinic. I encourage Dr. Alston and her staff to be proactive in future situations like this. Conflict is more easily resolved quickly and courteously than letting it drag out to acrimony.
