My first visit and pleasantly surprised. No waiting, excellent cleaning with no discomfort. Issues discussed without pressure to "up sell". My wife has booked an appointment next week. No need to look anywhere else. Very happy. Rick and Eva Sanders

The professionals in this office are friendly, efficient and caring. I appreciate the time they spend with me and the excellent care I receive.
The only thing, we hope has improved, is insurance billing process. We have had the best experience with Dr. Victor's care, since Dr. Emmett Sullivan retired. But the insurance billing has been a little rough, especially for your office having to wait for payment. We have An- them Blue Cross Federal and Blue Dental insurance and it seems like the wording for the billing never matches up (?). The visit before this last time seemed to go a little smoother. Love Dr Victor, but I am not impressed with the way the office is handled. It seems very impersonal and modeled after a business only method. One time I was greeted with "you're late (10 minutes) you'll have to reschedule.
Staff was very thorough and friendly.
