Very helpful oral hygiene instruction as well as concern for my concerns for my questions.
Since practice has expanded, it seems less personal and feels more like it's about the money and the business getting paid before service is done or immediately before one can leave. A document needs to be signed stating that "I agree to pay these charges"). I just don't feel like it should be what seems to be the main focus. I get that you need to make money and that there are those that do not pay. But, not everyone is like that. Perhaps I am more sensitive to that, but I have been to dentists that approach that two ways..... read more

However, the insurance companies and the law require us to obtain informed consent for every procedure, and that legally requires us to inform you of the estimated costs. It is a faith based dental office, where patience are being treated with top notch dental care, plus with dignity and kindness. An other thing that impressed me is the cleanliness!
Convenient northend location with little traffic And ample parking. I have never waited more than a few minutes for my appointment. Employees are always friendly. Dr Victor is skilled and communicates well - always willing to answer my questions.
