Dr. Vaughn is an amazing doctor that takes his time with every patient. I had to switch doctors about three years ago and have always missed his excellent service. However, the office staff was always terrible and disorganized and the time from arrival to departure was always at least two hours, which was unacceptable. We have been going to springfield for about 2 & 1/2 years now and Dr. Vaughan is amazing! He always makes sure you know everything you need to before you leave the office and always answers any questions you have. He truly cares about his patients. I'm so very thankful I found his office.
We have gone to Springfield pediatrics for about 4 years. I am so grateful for this office and all they’ve helped us with! Doctor Vaughan is the BEST! The staff is always friendly, kind and very helpful. My kids love going to the doctor. If you need an excellent pediatrician who truly cares about his patients, I highly recommend springfield pediatrics.

We have been seeing Dr. Vaughan since he opened his practice. All three of our girls look forward to their annual check-ups. We always get very personalized attention. Dr. Vaughan explains everything thoroughly and shows nothing but patience and respects. I highly recommend Springfield Pediatrics to everyone.
Horrible customer service by Ashley and the Office Manager. Absolutely no concern for the well being of there patiences. Very rude, blameful and unwilling to do what is right!
