I bought a great Toro Snow blower. They don’t delivered it to me and took away my old snow blower the very next morning. The service was fantastic. I didn’t have to get my SUV dirty.

Was a loyal BigR customer until I was told "3-5" weeks out any time I needed service. I purchased a new Hustler Raptor SD that is perfect for me. There was a minor issue with it not getting enough fuel - one in a million type deal and of course it was me. Springfield Mower picked up the mower at my house (I have no truck), took it in, diagnosed the odd issue, repaired it - and it was in my garage when I got home from work tonight only 2 days later.
