Excellent customer service. I walked in with my dead snow blower & they installed a new carbeurator & pull rope while i waited. Can't say enough good things about these guys.
All I can say is that Rob and his staff are fantastic to work with! This morning I went to get my snowblower ready for the upcoming weather, and it did not start. I called Rob to see if they could work it in the schedule. They picked it up same day, fixed it and delivered same day! Unbelievable service and couldn’t be more thankful and happy. Great group of people to work with, very friendly / family atmosphere ! They even stayed open late for me to finish up the paperwork on my new mower purchase, and it was delivered to my house the very next day ! They will continue to earn my business for future purchases. I would recommend to everyone and anyone looking to purchase a new mower and or accessories to stop in and have a talk with these guys.
I needed something better than my Cub for the hill at the new house. Went all over looking at different shops and mowers. I walked into Springfield Mowers and instantly loved the atmosphere. No BS.
