Penelope and her staff are amazing
The office people were so incredibly nice. Very kind and gentle and skilled in provision of services. The RN was okay and I do not doubt that Dr. is a very talented physician. I, however, will not return due to Dr. Ewbanks extremely poor bedside manner. She needs to receive some continuing education on use of her filter and some introspection on how her neurodivergence affects her patients.
I feel like I hit the jackpot seeing Dr. Ewebank for the first time recently. As a 70 year old who has had 40 years in the healthcare field, and as someone who has seen multiple Allergists since I was vey young, I highly recommend Dr. Ewebank. Knowledgeable, high degree of expertise and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any family member or friend. This area is fortunate to have her practicing here.
