Ashley and Shea are great at what they do; most importantly, they are kind, welcoming, and will do anything to help you. The property, buildings, and historic house are all beautiful and thoughtfully designed.
I've lived in a lot of apartments over the years, even ones that try to slap the word 'luxury' in their name and call it good; but I've never been somewhere as nice as Springfield. There is such a focus on detail throughout the property and inside the homes. My interactions with the staff have only been efficient and professional, while remaining friendly and welcoming. Their clubhouse is bar none!
Let me first say I am Mr. Murfreesboro and I am a realtor plus a history buff. I love Springfield Apartments because they have everything you would ever want modern while leaving the old Springfield home in tact. The developers were forward thinking by looking back at the beginning of this property. I can’t wait to go back and visit Ashley and Shea who were so warm and hospitable towards me and Falan. Great job all the way around from amenities to services and location. 5�plus
