Very helpful, I had snapped band my mother's wedding ring in a very award spot, needed welding. Because they couldn't make it a perfect round because of where the break was, they welded and didn't charge me because they said it wasn't perfect (it practically was). Great staff, coming from NYC I was shocked that they didn't even want to charge something. I found them through YELP and glad I did, I will go back there for all my future jewelry repairs/purchases because of this. Thank you.
I had my hand closed in the tail end of a lift truck. The only thing that saved me I think was my wedding ring. It was badly damaged though and I had to have it cut off at the ER. I thought all was lost but I decided to bring it into Springer Jewelers to see if it was salvageable. They were able to resize, solder a new piece of gold to expand the ring, bring the ring back to round, and polish it to look like new all for around $100. I can not even tell they did work to it.
