Parking location is not clear. Definitely needs more signage. Was greeted and assisted by very polite and helpful staff.

My husband and I took our son here today to figure out what caused him to have hives a few weeks ago. Everyone was very kind and helpful. We didn’t have any issues at all. Dr. Seshadri is wonderful and answered all our questions. I’m glad we got the answers we were looking for. I thought we would have to wait a while to find out the results of our son’s allergy test but it was within a few mins. We did have to wait a few weeks for our appointment but it was well worth it.

Like many other comments, I encountered pretty rude office staff, inflexibility, and generally poor customer service. My child was being seen by the allergy department. This is consistent with my overall experience with children’s national and ultimately the last straw. They need to do system wide training of their low level front desk personnel. The doctors aren’t all that great either. I advise you to go anywhere else, the quality of service cannot get much worse.
