A experience I don’t want to come across again! Went to the emergency room via ambulance due to shortness of breath. Most of everything was ok until it was time to get discharged. I say most because I had to ask for everything like blankets and something to drink and didn’t get help to the restroom after getting meds. So I got discharged, the nurse who’s been in and out now that I’m leaving tells me that they don’t do taxi vouchers but I can have a bus money! Bus money?!? I asked to speak to the charge nurse. Appreciate the knowledgeable staff and good care. PT good information I’m on the way to recovery. Total knee replacement
Been here in February of 2024 when I first started dialysis. This stay was outstanding. The nurses were attentive and easily accessable for my needs and concerns. The rooms were clean and the food was delicious. The only issue was the pain medicine never made it to my pharmacy. It was quickly fixed. I will pick my prescriptions up on Monday.
