Been buying bikes, snowshoes, skis, snowboards etc from you guys for 20 yrs......Wouldn't even think of going elsewhere!
I called Joe at the end of last ski season and said I need new cross country skate skis. He suggest two pairs each matching different types of conditions. He gave me such a great deal I agreed to the two pair purchase. Last night I skied in fresh, cold, dry snow and what I would expect to be slow snow. Not with the skis Joe sold me I was on the trail for about 1.5 hours with a smile on my face the entire time!!! I have skied each pair probably 5 times now and am amazed how fast and fun they are. THANKS JOE.
The day before a race my shifter fell to pieces on the trail. I came in 45 minutes before closing and they got the bike on the stand and fixed the bike. What's more? On the way to the shop I lost my wallet. I was able to put the cost of the repair on credit and settle up my bill Monday morning. I made the race on time and the bike worked flawlessly!
We blew a stroller tire and thought I might miss our morning walk. Not only did SSS replace it with a smile, it only took a few minutes! Great service and a great walk after. Bonus points for loving Tory's Nirvana shirt.
Class shop all the way, went way beyond my expectations!
