Cailen Rock is awesome! We were looking for a bike for our ten year old's birthday and he found us the perfect bike! Not only did he give us lots of great information but he even tied a bow on it and printed a birthday sign? He went way above and beyond. We recommend Cailen and Spring Street Sports!!

Had a great time with Cailen Rock figuring out what was the best fitting bike for me. While talking with him I was thinking about going one direction and he wanted to make sure that I rode a little bit of everything. The bike I got fit and rode great. Thanks for making me think outside the box and fitting me with a great bike! Looking forward to a lot of great rides! Also supper excited to get my kids hooked up with gear from the great kids programs that they offer here!

Spring Street is my family's go to shop for summer and winter sports. We have purchased bikes, skis and snowboards from them! All the staff is so friendly and so knowledgable-Cailen has been incredible! The ski swap in late fall is fun to attend and has a lot of equipment to offer for just the right price.

Luke did a wonderful job helping fix a young boy's rear wheel axle bearing. He called when it was fixed and even stayed late that evening after closing so it could be picked up. What service! Thanks Luke!
