We stopped in to get info and ended up leaving with two bikes. No pressure sales. Really the bikes sell themselves but Cailen was awesome & very knowledgeable.

These guys rock. I bought a new bike from them and they've been nothing but helpful since I bought it. Thanks you for making my purchase fun I've truly enjoy the new bike and all the cool accessories that have been added and thanks for showing me about bike maintenance. I feel like I'm more than just a customer at this store caus when I walk in they call me by name and that's something that you can't just get anywhere and that's important to me.
The service and knowledge of each person who works at this shop is awesome. They take the time to talk to you and make sure your bike is in tip top shape. I’ve been looking for a good local bike shop and so glad it’s right in Chippewa Falls!

They also help educate you on how to use your equipment and to take care of your equipment. Quality products, quality staff.
You can go buy a bike anywhere. Spring Street Sports makes it an experience you won't forget. We went in to buy our 10 year old son his first fat tire bike. Cailen made it a magical moment he'll never forget. The passion, caring, and experience that was put into the sale can't be understated. I can't remember the last time I did business locally and received this level of quality service. They are now the standard to which all local businesses should strive to achieve.
