Cailen and Joe went above and beyond to help us purchase a bike for our ten year old. Cailen answered every question we had, and shared his expertise to make sure that we would find the right bike. The customer service was exceptional, and we will definitely be going back when it's time to upgrade!

Everyone there is knowledgeable and helpful. They worked to accommodate getting my son's bike tire fixed and his bike up and running in less than an hour!

I purchased bikes at Spring Street Sports in the 80’s/90’s. So when I moved back to the area, I went there to purchase my father, who is 89, a trike. An amazingly three speed, smooth riding trike with parking break for safe, easy access to the trike as well as ability to rest at any incline. They spent extra time with him explaining and fitting the bike to him. It is great to have a place to return to for adjustments, accessories and advice. Most recent purchase was a Trek fat tire. Nate took time to find out what I wanted and patiently worked with me fit the bike to me. Even provided a fast turn around to put the bike together after the first crash.
