We have much greenery on the property, but it’s not that clean and neat… the property has a manager who is helpful enough for all your queries and issues to be met but property needs more maintenance in the case of garbage and cleaning. The greenery is a breath taker though
My experience here has been great! Oscar is very knowledgeable and professional. I have aphasia, a language disorder, and he was very patient and helpful throughout the application process. The community is very beautiful and peaceful too!
I have been living in the apartments for almost 12 years. I love it. It’s close to everything. People don’t bother you. They just say hello..They Keep the grounds pretty much clean only when people are moving out it might get a little cluttered at the trash, but they take care of it right away. The front office is very understanding to any problem you have and they help you out best to their abilities. I plan on staying another 12 years if they let me.
