spring lakes is a great place to live everyone here is so helpful it's like turning back the clock to the 1950's all the neighbors are great and we all look out for one another you need help with anything you can count on the neighbors even the staff in the office best landlords I ever had. I will never move

Been here going on 4 years. The staff is wonderful, The maintenance guys are Johny on the spot with everything they do. I just wished I moved here much earlier. Thank you Spring Lake Estates for making me feel at home in a BEAUTIFUL, clean community <3 :-)
Moved here in June after retirement. We love it here and we have great neighbors.
I love living here. You have your own little home, driveway and yard and it's very economical. All neighborhoods are clean and it's very quiet except when the kids are playing outside, which is actually very refreshing to see these days.
