The staff is friendly, maintenance is helpful, and the apartments themselves are great for the price! I've visited many local apartments and feel that this complex is one of the nicest locations around. Can't wait to use the pool this summer!
This place is terrible! I have to move out of state but they are still making me pay four month rent. I told her i would be homeless during that time and she said she didn't care. She didn't even attempt to help and was so rude! she even had the never to say she was great at her job! Rudest people ever!
This apartment complex by far, one of the best apartments I've lived in. Great community, and location. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I couldn't say enough to describe how great this place is!
I'm 100% convinced that you won't find a better apartment complex than that of Spring House on the Park in Lexington. We are getting twice the apartment for less than where we use to live in a much more convenient location. The entire complex is well kept and an absolutely amazing staff! The leasing agents Ashley and Chelsey went above and beyond to help us from the very moment we walked in to moving in! We couldn't be more happy with our choice to live at Spring House!
