the rents are reasonable , grounds are lovely , staff and maintenance polite and helpful
terrible management... not worth the price anymore for what you get either. I've lived here for almost two years and am moving out due to the ridiculous jump in my renewal rate. Management also doesn't care about things that are wrong in the apartment like a sink leak and say that someone will be out by the end of the day and then don't follow through with that and come up with reasons when you submitted the order the day before you have to call them to tell them you put in the work order the day before.
I love it here, great area and very conveniently located near major shopping. It is a very quiet complex that was recently renovated and updated. My neighbors are awesome. It truly feels like home!!!!
