Full disclosure - I have never bought a car from Spring Honda nor do I live in the Cranbrook region however; my cousin works for Spring Honda and recently her child became seriously ill. As she will have to be in Vancouver while her child is at Children's Hospital for a long period of time Spring Honda worked with her and organized it so that she could do her work from a distance. These are the kind of employers that all business owners should strive to be like. Way to go Spring Honda :)

Jason was very good to us. He was excellent at working with me to find out what I was looking for and was patient with my questions. We were able to do a lot of pre-shopping via email and were able to test drive for a few hours and try out the vehicle on some of our regular trips to pick up kids and such. Finally, he answered all of our questions about price and gave us the time we needed to decide. We were able to work out payments that we were comfortable with. All in all, we feel very thankful.

We most recently had some service work done on our vehicle (an oil leak). The customer service was exceptional. We were kept in the loop as the service technicians were diagnosing the issue. Even after the job was completed we were invited back several times to insure the leak was fixed (at no additional cost). It was a pleasure doing business with Spring Honda. I highly recommend them!!
I can’t say enough good things about Spring Honda, but you better believe I’m gonna try. No gimmicks, no hiccups, just honesty and complete confidence in their vehicles. Buck and Dave settled every question I had without hesitation and allowed me proper time to think and decide. Every person I talked to recommended Spring Honda for their service and salesmen. I’ve never bought a Honda before but I feel like getting another one just to go through the process again!
