I wish to express my gratitude to Spring Honda and their team. My car had to be towed to the dealership last week to have it’s fuel tank drained and cleaned. Even though they were booked solid, they held my car over the weekend to be fitted in when they could do it. I picked it up, and it purred all the way home. WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY, went in book the appt for a oil change and tire rotation on the wife’s Journey, and when she went to pick it up later that day, HERE YOU GO, a $200 bill for a oil change and tire rotation, I LOST IT, phoned Dave Spring, owner and now the service manager and told him why I was upset, he didn’t care much or listen to my concerns, I could go on and on about this situation, but I won’t , but honestly there are much better places to get your car serviced at, without getting hos... read more
