Within months of moving in, I faced multiple issues: two leaks - one that maintenance never found the cause of, the other from poor maintenance after they decided to power wash my tiny porch area for some reason. Slum lords. Stay far away. My ceiling was full of black mold fom the awful ventilation of the cheap, outdated laundry machine. Now that I have moved out, my breathing and lung issues have vanished. When appliances break, they do the cheapest fix possible and then it breaks a month later again. As much as they charge for rent, sometimes you have to put money back into your actual apartments.
