Earlier this month I visited Spring Hill Primary Care for first time. The front receptionist was extremely friendly and I had a very short wait time. P.A. Tina Beatty is wonderful, easy to talk to, explained everything very well, and informed me of my blood test results in record time! I have a difficult time having my blood drawn but Brittany Hundley was very calming and really made the situation much easier for me. I would highly recommend Spring Hill Primary Care!
There's always a long wait and the doctors care very little about your wellbeing. Reception acts like you have no right to excuses for work/school. The nurses have their boyfriends/girlfriends running in & out, being loud in the lobby, etc. They never answer the phone because they're visibly ignoring it(I've seen it while waiting an hour+). To top it all off, MOST OF THESE REVIEWS ARE BY THEIR EMPLOYEES!
