Get rid of the office manager. I was discharged from care due to an unpaid $25 co-pay from September. Sorry I missed that while my father in law was dying.
I just had the best Dr.visit from the front end staff, labs,x ray, the lady who does the height/weight to the Doctor. Dr.Turner is soooo nice. I haven’t been made to feel so welcome and comfortable from the minute I walked through the door till I left at anywhere I’ve been recently. I can not sing the praises loud enough for this office.
I see Dr Criniti. She is a wonderfully compassionate and caring physician. I highly recommend her. The portal is a great addition. I can ask questions and she gets back with me within day.
They don't answer there phones
Can’t recommend this place enough. Been under the weather lately with some minor health issues, and (per usual) Greg Porter has gone above and beyond to get me back on track. Hard to find doctors that care as much as the ones in this office!
Dr.Criniti and staff are very nice and thorough.
I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this health care facility. Dr. Criniti misdiagnosed my Crohn’s disease and I had to suffer through my condition until my urologist caught it. My father also goes to this establishment and he is a diabetic. She prescribed him medication that has caused his kidneys to stop functioning properly and never even caught it with all the test they run on him. Stay away from this place!
