I really like it; except that my doctor moved and I didn't know until I went to make another appointment. But I don't go to the doctor very often.
Horrible. I waited for 40 minutes past my appointment time, an hour in total, and had to leave to get back to work (I teach and didn't have coverage past my planning time). I just received a bill in the mail for a "cancellation" fee. I told the front desk I had to go to work, and let the nurse know. I don't think that is professional of you.
