Not only is this company unable to do their job properly, but their receptionist is extremely rude. I was explaining that the lawn care was not even standard & wanted to end the treatments with Spring-Green. The receptionist rudely interrupts me mid-sentence, and was sighing as if it was my fault for her poor attitude. This is your profession and maybe a lesson on how to speak to another human being would do you some good . They have issues with anger. Got yelled at and was told they were going to call the cops for simply turning. Unfortunately people that own this franchise has no compassion for another human. You may want to think twice before using them. If they don’t care about another human how are they going to care about there lawn. Full disclosure I have no used them to do my lawn. But got yelled at for simply setting up my truck to back into a dock across for there location
I paid a lot of $$ for their service and they can’t kill weeds! Its now end of summer and the weeds are still here. Their customer service is terrible - and the owner of this company is always gone from the office. I hope they see this posting and do something!
