They’ve said they’ve sprayed 3 times, still crabgrass mushrooms and dandelions. Awful
Terrible! Complete fail of professional customer service. Does not provide service stated will provide. Contact number rings & rings until get voicemail to leave message and NO ONE RETURNS CALL OF CONCERN OR COMPLAINT. Only way to get directly thru to person is to push prompt to order new service. SMH. Left message with person that no one has showed up when said they would & to speak with management & no one has reached out to me. Called last year to put a stop on lawn aeration services unless I call and ordered them. Was told ok. They came this year without my permission and did another lawn aeration service and billed me $66.10. I called to find out why and was told i never canceled my services and they would check their call transcripts from last year. Received a call back from them saying their was nothing in the conversation saying I put a stop to my services and still owe the $66.10. What a scam!

Spring-Green and our customers do not work under contract; the service is a verbal agreement. The specific services are selected by the customer at the time of sale and are performed on a continuous yearly basis. The customer can notify our company to cancel at any time, and they would be responsible for services rendered. Spring Greens service was skeptical at best. I never saw any improvements in my lawn conditions, coloration, thickness, or grub issues. After not providing me with any value or service they renewed me without my consent. I asked repeatedly for some sort of verification but they couldn't provide anything other than a bill to substantiate their claims I renewed with them and no one came out to inspect the lawn to support they had any value or services rendered. I have been a customer of Spring-Green for over 20 years at my residences in Naperville, Illinois, with complete satisfaction with their lawn services, never once having an issue with the quality of their services and the condition and appearance of my lawn, until June/July of this year. Mr. ****** has been a valued customer of Spring-Green for many years. When the customer notified us of a potential issue we did have a manager out to review the customer’s concerns. He was able to find that the ground cover had been damaged along with some other issues in the lawn. I received no less than 3 mailers from Spring Green with special first time customer pricing specifically for my address and an offer code. I was able to go to their website, sign up and pay for the service at the special pricing. I received a call later that day informing me they could not offer the pricing and the best they could do was a price that was almost 90% more than the mailers. Talk about bait and switch. I signed up for a year in service and paid in full. I did not sign a contract. They did a horrible job last year. Weeds everywhere and a brown lawn all summer. (I have build in sprinklers so it was not dry) I called to complain, and filled out surveys to let them know and they failed to improve my lawn. I am sharing an experience we had with Spring Green lawn care in Plainfield, IL. We hired them to take care of our lawn with regular treatments which seemed to be doing the job controlling weeds and overall care of our lawn. Spring Green offered an aeration special in mid 2016 and we thought this would be good for our lawn based on what Spring Green advised us. I am writing to relay my 14 plus years experience with Spring Green. For most of our business relationship, it was good. Service given, product working on lawn, no problems. About 5 years ago, problems started as it relates to their product not working for Crab Grass or Grub/insect control. I am paying roughly $500 a year for all treatments.
