Weeds I dont even recognize are everywhere and out of control in our yard despite requesting they take care of it. Burn spots in several areas. Despite repeated reminders that it wont fit thru fate, employee continued to try to get motorized spreader in backyard. Went to get walking spreader and left! Left gate open repeatedly and dog got out. Will look elsewhere for service.
Worst possible lawn care I ever had. Can't reach them by phone. And do NOT want my contract renewed. My yard has never oozed so bad. Left messages and called no answer. I wonder if the last time they came if they even did anything.
Superior ********* transferred our lawn care services to Spring-Green. Since the season began in April, several broad leaf weeds and Crab Grass started showing up and remained despite they claim that they did the monthly fertilization-weed control sprays. Today I met the owner of the company and showed him these plants. He gave me explanations that are not convincing claiming that it was not his job to treat against crab grass. Auto renewal policy is a scam even if the customer doesn't want to continue with them. You should have customer's consent before renewing or continuing the service. I bought a package online for 6 treatments and paid in advance and did not agree to continue the service nor signed a contract. I moved out of my place a year ago. I got the past due **** in my current address, but nothing before hand. No consent no service continuation, that's it unless you signed a contract.Example, you buy insurance policy for 6 months. Satisfaction guarantee is false and they will not uphold it. **************** performed and lawn damaged severely in multiple areas. They were advised of the damage and sent documentation of damage. Someone came out a noted nothing can be done until following year to make repairs. They continued to ask for payment despite resolving the issue. Eventually I paid and they never came back to repair my lawn. Additional the service left my lawn with many bare spots in addition to the damaged area.
I had service for myself and my daughter which lives ********* down. Spring Green sprayed a weed killer that literally burned huge sections around my yard. Their fix for this was to give me a reduced rate to aerate in the fall. I think it was $50 I saved on the normal cost. This did not correct the problem as the seed did not take in those sections and they refuse to come back and fix it. Do not use this company because they are not accountable for their actions.
I have tried for weeks to get a quote, we get told they will get our quote and call us back. No one ever calls. We call back and they act like they have no request in for our quote each time!!! I will not beg for a companys service! Absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service.
I used their service in the last several years and worked okay with them until this fall season in 2021. I paid them ahead to give an application of aeration and overseeding. Every time I called them to make an appointment schedule, their customer service people say they will talk with their schedule department and call me back. They rarely call me back. Spring Green Lawn care has poor service. 1. I had to call many times about the weed problem and it took them nearly a month to respond to my concern 2. They called in September and said, they will be treating my lawn on a Friday. I called several times for them not showing up on that day. They finally rescheduled it ( anywhere from 5-7 business days). Then on the day of the rescheduled (9-27-2021), they came and treated my neighbor's yard and placed an invoice under my name on to my neighbor's front door. My neighbor called ... read more
