An unfortunate series of events – Maybe its just a string of bad luck on my part or maybe its the type of people this building has attracted. Not safe! – I agree with the comment below! My husband's driver side window was shattered to pieces! And they refused to do anything, we called the cops, but what can they do but file a report! I do not allow my children to play outside because of the fowl mouth rugrats that run unsupervised all through out the place. If you have children young enough to actually enjoy the parks that are here, you can't because that is the teen hang out! The parks are littered with broken glass and garbage! Crime Rate in Spring Garden Townhouse on the Rise – Don't get me wrong spring garden are very nice townhouses but in seems everyweek in my court there is a tentant who is calling the police because there car getting broke into, car radios getting stolen, writing on cars, etc. People call the office all the time about the kids hanging out at the park all hours of the night.
