Wonderful Vet and Staff I recently moved to the area from out of state and had the opportunity to attend an open house at this facility. It was terrific. The facility itself was immaculate. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to try them out.
First vet I ever trusted 100% The best!!! As the last few reviews have made clear Dr. Gore is the ultimate vet. I can't imagine a better vet. She has seen me through 5 dogs. When it came to end of life choices she was the only vet I ever knew who stepped up and voiced her opinion. Other vets are too scared to advise but that's what she is so great at. The Best I have known Dr. Gore for a long time both as a good friend and as a great vet. She truly cares more about your pets well being than any amount of money. She has done extra things for her customers, that they don't even know she did, and did not charge them. She does the little things that make the difference, and takes no short cuts on any procedure that she performs. Want honesty, integrity and a happy and healthy pet, Dr. Gore is your choice.
I love my pets and sfah!! I have been taking my pets to Dr. Gore for over 5 years now. I can say nothing but great things about this hospital. All techs are very educated, and will jump through hoops in order to please their clients. JF I use to work in a Vets office years ago and I'm so sick of people coming in with their sick pets and they want them treated but then when it comes time to pay they complain about this and that. If you dont want to pay your bill DONT bring your animal in. I've been taking my dog to SFAH for 2 years now and have been very happy with Dr. Gore and the staff........ Stop complaining people or dont have pets!!
Go somewhere else Should've known since they always had openings in kennel at last mnute. Overcharge and never tell you about cost until it is too late and you have no choice but to pay the bill. Office staff is uneducated about vet med and can't answer simple questions, never tell you the truth about costs until it is too late and then instead of offering payment options ask you to sign up for a credit card. Terrible Customer Service / Animal Care I highly recommend NOT to take your animal here. After reading some of the other comments I will fully agree that they will nickel and dime you for every little thing they can. I have taken my dog there a few times for little things, but I noticed that something was wrong with her tooth right after she had been in there for a check-up. Wonderful vet & experience I could not have more positive things to say about Spring Forest Animal Hospital. Dr. Gore and the staff go above and beyond to meet the clients and animals needs alike. I am so glad that we found this hospital and would not take my dog to anyone other than Dr. Gore. She is an outstanding vet who truly has the animals best interests at heart!
Good vet, but can't recommend her due to her prices I like Dr. G ok. She seems knowledgable. I have an old dog with an enlarged heart, so he coughs a lot and gets congested very easily. I take him to Dr. G b/c I can walk up the street to her clinic. My biggest complaint is her prices are astronomical. I had my dog in for a rabies vaccine and a recheck on his congestion 2 days ago, and I walked out of there with a $380 bill. My bills have gone beyond $400 before.
