I'll never go there again Pros: The boarding staff is great and I am at ease leaving my dog there for long weekends. The dog area is not huge but for the price it's well worth it. Lovely place for my Dog Cody is 14 year old dog who demands a lot of attention but he is also very sensitive to places and people that seem not to like dogs that much. Since we started visiting Dr. Gore at Spring Forest Animal Hospital seven years ago we knew this was the place for our dog. The staff is very friendly but Dr. Gore is he best! Terrible Customer Service / Animal Care I highly recommend NOT to take your animal here. After reading some of the other comments I will fully agree that they will nickel and dime you for every little thing they can. I have taken my dog there a few times for little things, but I noticed that something was wrong with her tooth right after she had been in there for a check-up. Wonderful Vet and Staff I recently moved to the area from out of state and had the opportunity to attend an open house at this facility. It was terrific. The facility itself was immaculate. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to try them out. I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by friendly staff on the day of my appointment and was seen immediately. Dr. Gore and the SFAH team are Great! Dr. Gore and her team are professional, caring and offer a wide range of services. She has been my vet for three years performing shots, maintenance care, ER and euthanasia for my two dogs, now one :(. I would recommend them to others who have the financial means. You will not have to wait for appointments or worry about animals that may not get along in the lobby.

Excellent Vet but prices on meds are pretty high The clininc, it's staff and Doctor Gore are all second to none and I use the kennel at Spring Forest for boarding exclusively. The staff at Spring Forest Animal Hospital (both the vet and the kennel) is very friendly, explains things so that I can always understand it, and they truly love the animals they are helping. I love my pets and sfah!! I have been taking my pets to Dr. Gore for over 5 years now. I can say nothing but great things about this hospital. All techs are very educated, and will jump through hoops in order to please their clients. The Best I have known Dr. Gore for a long time both as a good friend and as a great vet. She truly cares more about your pets well being than any amount of money. She has done extra things for her customers, that they don't even know she did, and did not charge them. She does the little things that make the difference, and takes no short cuts on any procedure that she performs. Want honesty, integrity and a happy and healthy pet, Dr. Gore is your choice.
