If I could give zero stars I would. Don't rent from these guys if you expect to get a deposit back. They can't even give me a straight forward answer on why. They took the carpet cleaning fees out of my pro rated rent and said I never paid a deposit. You can't move into any place without a deposit so how did I not pay one when clearly I had to to move in

Helped my cousin move in to one of their apartments in rexburg. The apartment is absolutely unacceptable. There are holes in every single wall, all of the window screens have tears and holes. There is broken tile and back splashes peeling off the walls. Appliances don't work and there is a large amount of mold in the bathtub. There is no on sight management and the management has made very little effort to make sure the apartment was actually ready to move into. When my husband and I moved in the previous tenants were very eager to get out, that made me wonder why? I went around to get to know my neighbors and talked to them- without fail each one had a complaint about management. It has been 3 months and I have to agree with my neighbors. Spring creek doesn't get around to working on any of the problems and they even ripped off the owner of the property so bad that she is selling the complex. I would recommend you are very cautious in doing any business with spring creek.
