Amazing Amenities Looking for a nice place close to downtown Edmond, this is the place to move. They are walking distance from so many resturants, and literally across the street from Memorial High School. The grounds are well kept, and there is always something to do here.

Amazing grounds! The grounds at this place always look great! The office takes pride in how their community looks. (Of course that is hard to do with Oklahoma winds sometimes lol) But they are quick to get it looking nice as soon as they are able. And don't get me started on their dog park! Who has dog parks nowadays? That is very much needed for the fluffy family memebers

Love the upgrades The apartments have been going through some amazing upgrades. The new look definitely speaks volumes on the care of making this property last as long as possible! Maintenance is top notch and the office staff is so sweet to the residents!

Amazing Locstion I have lived here for almost three years and it has been an amazing experience. The office staff is professional, and work orders get completed on time. Like any business things happen, BUT they will do everything in their power to make things right.

garbage At first, I thought this property was pretty good. But from spraying over, mold in the shower with paint two, leaving drywall, chipping and falling down, completely unresponsive, and do not care for the good tenants. No wonder people come and go in droves. My lease ends in April and I will be glad to be rid of this place. Not to mention that they seem to have a problem with the American flag being flown on the balcony that is well-kept. What the other guy said.. RUN We moved in almost a month ago. Since then we have had problems with our toilet getting clogged (to the point where a plunger or toilet auger won’t work) very easily. We have had to call emergency maintenance to come out to fix it about every 3 days since we moved in. They said they’d have a plumber come out to permanently fix it but no sight of them. RUN Absolutely terrible, I would avoid this place at all costs. Extremely overpriced for what you get. Have had a window that was so damaged that it would rain on us in the living room, leaking all over our couch. Bathroom flooded from the people above & it was never fully fixed so there is now black mold growing. They allow people to smoke inside & there are issues going on where our entire apartment smells like a bar constantly. The second hand smoke has literally turned rags in our apartment yellow.
