The maintenance guys... (Verified Renter) The maintenance guys have all been here for years, which is very telling about the apartment complex itself. The apartments I lived in prior to Springcreek, had new maintenance guys every few months
I have been... (Verified Renter) I have been a resident of the property since 2011. I wish there was a discount for longevity. I recommend this complex due to the consistent professionalism of the staff here. My issues have always been with my neighbors. I wish the walls were more soundproof and the windows more energy efficient.
I do believe... (Verified Renter) I do believe they need better security on nights and weekends . Many times I noticed some suspicious activity or people who did not live at the apartments jumping the fence and using the pool after hours. I understand that’s hard to accommodate but I believe it would help keep unwanted traffic to a minimum.
