Got a problem, no worries because we won't resolve it! Go to speak with Asst Manager, stay calm and polite ; do not yell, curse or threaten but I am told police will be called if I do not leave. Ask if I can speak with the manager and am told that she will not be available in the foreseeable future. Attempt to call corporate to speak with an unbiased person and phone rings three times then hangs up. Obviously resolving tenant issues is not a priority.
Long time renter We have lived here for over 5 years and have never been late on rent or had any other major issues until recently. The issue hasn’t been with anything other than staff. The staff mostly the renting manager Yvette has been rude and extremely unprofessional in the past couple of years and if you read reviews you’ll see her name mentioned numerous times. Nice for the price, iffy staffing The apartment complex itself it a good deal for the price you pay. The living room is good sized, and the bedrooms are big. The kitchens are very small. Open the fridge door all the way hits the counter on the other side of the kitchen. Outdated heating and A/C unit. The entire office and managing staff has changed in just the couple of year we have been here. The original staff was good. the new staffing is not any better.
