like the place. manager's are nice. place is nice. only giving it 4 stars because not long ago they Replaced our slightly noisy fridge with a even more noisy fridge. its not that bad, just annoying sometimes. EDIT: walls are kinda thin, im always hearing neighbors playing Piano, and i know that they feel the same with us. hopefully someday when we move out they'll add something and make the walls thicker. would give it 3.5 if i could,

The manager latishia is RUDE & Racist,Condescending, Arrogant I applied for apartment and I was completely open and honest about how many people and my applications was approved and I was in my way to sign the lease and I got lost 2times in busy roads and I asked her to wait for me (because the other coworkers give me impression that she live in premises and maybe on call )she refused in very arrogant way ,went the second day to sign she refused to go a head and give the apartment after I paid for 3application and my mom ask... read more
My partner and I have lived here for almost 2 years now, and I couldn't have imagined a better place for us to land. The complex has a lot of amenities. I love the sense of community I've felt here. My neighbors and the staff are so welcoming and quick to fix any issues that have come up. And the location in Bellingham is very convenient.
The apartment itself is cheaply made and the walls are so thin so you can hear your neighbors even if they are having a normal conversation. The manager and maintenance team are great, though.
