I've been living here for a year and I absolutely love it! The office staff and maintenance team are friendly and efficient. The property is well maintained and is driving distance to everything.
Really nice and affordable apartments just two minutes away from downtown Simpsonville. Staff in the front was super friendly and had answers for all the questions! Maintenance staff showed up within an hour of submitting a service ticket! Dog parks, pet stations, benches and areas to sit and relax. Love it here!
