I have a friend who lives here. There is enough space under the front door for all kinds of things to crawl on in, cockroaches, lizards, etc. Surprise, the screendoor on the patio has the same issue! Bathroom sink repair took weeks to be completed, unreasonable. Maintenance said they'd be there at a specific time, an hour later still hadn't showed up. Instead, at the time they said they'd be there the work order was created. The cabinets in the kitchen need to be replaced, I understand this is a reason to raise the rent by e... read more
