Helpful and fast…affordable pricing.
Prices are good, communication not so much. Did a great job doing my mom's windows. But forgot about the appointment set up to do my windows. Never received an estimate for my windows, after finally showing up.
He arrived late without calling to say he would be late but he did an Excellent job! No mess or broken glass left. The price was excellent and I am very pleased with his company's work.
I have not had the glass installed yet. We set up an appointment for him to come measure the windows. He arrived early. Good thing we hadn't planned something else. We agreed upon a a date and time to install the windows. Today at 9:00 a.m. I reached him on the phone at 10:30 a.m. and he said he would be there in 30 minutes. It is now 11:45 a.m. They have the best price I could find but I'm not appreciated this lack of communication and follow-through.
Gino and his team did an awesome job replacing my aunt's window. He went above and beyond to even paint her shutters. It was reasonably priced and he was finished in a few hours. Small business have a more personal touch. I highly recommend!
